As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service and the friendly and helpful staff.
Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

we stayed at surestay collection by best western in a very convenient location, just minutes from the airport and within walking distance to a shopping mall, food places, and the train. Despite the proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, and we enjoyed the delightful breakfast. the room was comfortable with nice beds, and we particularly loved the amazing bathroom skylight.

I chose to stay at Surestay Collection By Best Western to be close to Millbrae Train Museum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free on-site parking and the inviting atmosphere of the Veranda Bar. The hotel's proximity to local attractions, complimentary hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, and premium TV channels also made my stay enjoyable.
Room cost too high, small bed, noisy train, dated decor.
